Extended description
This cell lysate provides a way to validate the total PLCg2 assay. As a positive control, it will enable researchers to avoid any detection issues when running the assay. The lysate was made using lysis buffer 4 (64KL4FDF) from anti-IgM-stimulated Ramos cells (20 µg/mL-5 min).
